Security & Data

How your information is used

AssureShield separates public website content from signed-in project workspaces and internal operations.

This page describes the current service in plain language. It does not certify the platform against a security or legal standard.

Security boundary

Use only what you need

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Add only the information needed for your renovation work.

Information involved

What the current service may handle

The information depends on the feature you choose to use.

Google account details used to sign in, such as your email address.
Project scope, decisions, notes, milestones, and handover records you enter.
Files or photos you choose to add to supported workspace features.
Planning prompts and generated outputs when you use an AI feature.
Contact or contractor-interest information you submit.
Limited content-free operational events used to understand feature progress and failures.
Planning form text and numeric values that you explicitly choose to save to your account.
Learning-guide bookmarks and completion status that you explicitly choose to save.

Public and private areas

Project workspaces require sign-in

Public pages contain guidance, fictional examples, and tools intended for visitors. Private project records are kept in signed-in workspace areas.

Private project records are not published as public website content.
Contractor interest submissions and internal review notes are not public profiles.
Public fictional examples do not contain real homeowner or contractor records.
Using a public tool does not add its form contents to Saved Work unless you choose to save them.
Saved Work does not create a passive history of pages you browse.
Do not use a shared device without signing out when you finish.

Access

Google sign-in opens the homeowner workspace

Access to project workspaces is account-based. Administrative and contractor areas use their own restricted routes and checks.

Homeowners sign in with Google to open their workspace.
A signed-out visitor cannot browse a private project workspace through the public site.
Administrative functions are restricted from unauthenticated visitors.
AssureShield does not use NRIC or FIN numbers as passwords or access keys.

AI features

Review generated material before using it

AI features create planning material from the information supplied to them. Generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate.

Do not enter unnecessary personal or confidential information in a prompt.
Review scope suggestions and generated images before relying on them.
Generated material is planning support, not a quote, contract, technical drawing, or professional advice.
Final decisions remain with the homeowner, contractor, and relevant professionals.

Project records

Records provide context, not a guaranteed outcome

Dated notes, photos, documents, and acknowledgments can help people understand what was recorded at a project stage.

A record reflects the information entered or uploaded by its users.
AssureShield does not independently verify every record.
Keeping a record does not decide contractual rights or a dispute.
Payments remain outside AssureShield and directly between the parties.
Saved Work stores supported planning form values and guide progress, not uploaded or generated images.
You can review and delete Saved Work at /console/saved-work.

FAQ

Security and data trust questions

Are my project records public?

No. Private project records are kept in signed-in workspace areas rather than published as public website content.

How do homeowners sign in?

The current homeowner workspace uses Google sign-in.

What operational data is measured?

Some features send limited, allowlisted events about progress or failure. These operational events are designed to be content-free and do not include room photos or project text.

What is stored in Saved Work?

Only supported planning form text and numeric values, or learning bookmarks and completion status, that you choose to save to your account. It does not save images or create a passive browsing history. You can review and delete these items in Saved Work.

Can I request access, correction, or deletion?

You can contact admin@saversmed.com. The request will be assessed against the information held and applicable requirements.
