Introduction

The information involved depends on the features you use. Avoid entering or uploading personal or confidential information that is not needed for your renovation work.

Data collected

• Google account information used to sign in, such as your email address.
• Project data you enter into the workspace.
• Uploaded evidence, including files, photos, and related notes.
• Limited content-free operational events used to understand feature progress and failures.
• Supported planning form text and numeric values that you explicitly save to your account.
• Learning-guide bookmarks and completion status that you explicitly save.

Saved Work

Public planning tools do not add their contents to your account unless you choose to save supported form values. Saved Work can store planning text and numbers, plus learning-guide bookmarks and completion status, under your signed-in account. It does not save uploaded or generated images and does not create a passive history of pages you browse. You can review and delete these items at Saved Work.

• Operate and maintain the project workspace.
• Improve the service, reliability, and user experience.
• Communicate with you about platform use and support matters.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only where reasonably required for platform operation, service delivery, technical support, or compliance obligations connected to the platform.

Data protection

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect data. No system can offer an absolute guarantee of security, but we aim to handle information responsibly and with appropriate care.

Sign-in and access

Homeowners currently use Google sign-in to open their private workspace. AssureShield does not use NRIC or FIN numbers as passwords or access keys. Public pages do not provide a route for signed-out visitors to browse private project workspaces.

Requests about your information

You may contact AssureShield about access, correction, or deletion. We will assess the request against the information held and applicable requirements. This page does not promise a particular retention period or deletion outcome.
