AssureShield provides a governance workspace for renovation planning, recordkeeping, evidence collection, payment discipline, and dispute visibility. It is not a contractor, not a legal authority, and not a substitute for professional advice.

AssureShield is operated by AssureShield Technologies Pte. Ltd., UEN 202515337E, a Singapore company.

User responsibilities

• Provide information that is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Use the platform in good faith and for legitimate project activity.
• Review project records, uploads, and approvals carefully before acting on them.

Payments

The platform supports a structured workflow around milestones, evidence, and approvals. It does not guarantee project outcomes, workmanship, timing, or payment recovery. Disputes

AssureShield can help preserve a structured record and provide tools that make issues easier to review. It does not act as an arbitrator, court, regulator, or final decision-maker between parties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent reasonably permitted, AssureShield is not liable for indirect losses, downstream commercial consequences, or user decisions made outside the platform. The service is intended to improve process quality, not to remove all project risk.

These terms may evolve as the platform develops. Continued use of the service after updates means you are using the latest published version of the platform terms.
