Capture evidence with context

Take clear overview and close-up photographs, label the location, and link them to the relevant scope item or decision. A photograph can help explain what was seen; its significance in a dispute depends on context and the forum.

Confirm material decisions in writing

Send a concise note after meetings and invite corrections. Keep approved drawings and revisions distinct from working sketches.
